At MVP Pro Shop, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment or apparel isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Gear
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags, protective padding, and manuals included to ensure the return meets our quality inspection standards.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
